  • When will my furniture arrive?

    We understand the importance of timely delivery when it comes to furnishing your space. That's why we're proud to offer our customers a seamless experience, with most of our furniture arriving within 35 days or even sooner.

    While each piece is made to order, ensuring the highest quality, some of our items take longer to make than others. For our smaller items, you can expect to receive them within just 2 weeks.

  • Can I Adjust My Order Once I've Paid?

    At Cut Designs, we understand that circumstances can change after you've placed an order. While we aim to provide a seamless ordering experience, we also recognise the need for flexibility. Here's what you need to know about adjusting your order after payment:

    Order Modifications

    If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the quantity, dimensions, or specifications, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that modifications may be subject to additional charges or lead time adjustments.

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order entirely, we'll be happy to process a full refund, provided that your order has not yet entered the production stage. Once your order has been processed and is in production, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

  • Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?

    No, our furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Simply unpack and position your new furniture in your desired location.

  • Is the furniture delivered to my door?

    Yes, our delivery service includes placement of the furniture in your room of choice. Our team will ensure your new purchase is positioned exactly where you want it.

  • How is the furniture packaged for delivery?

    All preassembled furniture is carefully wrapped and protected to prevent any damage during transit. The packaging is also designed for easy unpacking once your order arrives.

  • What Is your Returns Policy?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team, and they'll guide you through the process.

    We only ask that the item is returned in its original condition, without any damage or excessive wear and tear. Once we've received the item, we'll process your refund promptly.
